These terms are an agreement between you and Nexcode IT Solutions Private Limited for the use of https://www.gottilo.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.
1. What Gottilo is
Gottilo is an online platform where owners, brokers and developers list properties and buyers and tenants find them. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or rental agreement, and we do not own or guarantee the properties listed.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including a mobile number you own.
- Keep your password and devices secure. Accounts may be used on a limited number of devices.
- Brokers and developers must hold any registration required by law, including RERA where applicable.
3. Listings and conduct
- Only list properties you are authorised to sell or rent, at genuine prices, with real photos.
- Do not post fake, duplicate, misleading or already-sold listings; confirm availability regularly.
- Respect owners who choose "no brokers". Do not misuse unlocked contact details or send spam.
- We may moderate, hide or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans, credits and payments
- Plan benefits, prices and validity are shown before you pay. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
- Credits (lead, AI, owner-contact and Owner Data Pack credits) are for your account only, are not transferable, have no cash value and expire as shown.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Information on the site
Prices, valuations, AI answers, locality data and decision reports are informational and may contain errors. They are not legal, financial or valuation advice. Verify documents and title with a qualified professional before any transaction.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexcode IT Solutions Private Limited is not liable for transactions between users, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version. You may close your account at any time.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
